SpinWheel Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Using the Platform

Welcome to SpinWheel. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the SpinWheel platform and you, the user. By accessing SpinWheel through our website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

This document has been prepared in English to ensure all SpinWheel users can easily understand it. However, in the event of a legal dispute, the English version shall prevail. SpinWheel reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and will notify users via their registered email or through the platform at least 30 days before any changes take effect.

To open an account on SpinWheel, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must register from a country or region where online betting is not legally prohibited.
• You must provide your real name, date of birth, address, and contact details on the registration form. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds.
• Each person may hold only one account on SpinWheel. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts may be closed.
• Multiple individuals at the same address may each open a separate account, though SpinWheel may verify this at its discretion.

As a responsible gaming platform, SpinWheel strictly follows KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. The following documents may be required prior to withdrawal and, in some cases, for large deposits:

• Identity Document: A clear photo of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document (issued within the last 3 months).
• Payment Verification: Your Mobile Pay or Nagad number must match your registered mobile number.

KYC verification is typically completed within 1–3 business days of document submission. Betting remains available while verification is pending, but withdrawals will be held until the process is complete.

• Wagering Requirement: A wagering requirement of typically 15x to 30x must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated on each bonus page.
• Validity: Wagering requirements must generally be met within 30 days of receiving a bonus. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Minimum Odds: For bets placed with bonus funds, only bets with minimum odds of 1.80 will generally count towards the wagering requirement.
• One Bonus Per Offer: The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person or household.
• SpinWheel reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer, though changes will not apply to bonuses that are already active.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on SpinWheel:

• Minimum Bet: A minimum bet of ৳10 is required per wager.
• Maximum Bet: Maximum bet limits vary by market — generally ranging from ৳50,000 to ৳5,00,000. Lower limits may apply for live betting.
• Bet Suspension: SpinWheel reserves the right to suspend or void bets due to technical issues or event uncertainty.
• Match Cancelled: If a match is cancelled, all bets will be refunded. However, if a result is determined via the Duckworth-Lewis method, bets will be settled accordingly.
• Incorrect Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, SpinWheel reserves the right to void the affected bet. This is at SpinWheel's sole discretion.
• Placing bets on the same event across multiple accounts: Payouts may be withheld or voided if suspicious betting patterns are detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the SpinWheel platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Any form of cheating, use of bots, or automated betting through software.
• Exploiting bonus terms for "bonus hunting" or arbitrage betting.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing funds of illegal origin.
• Using another person's payment account to make deposits or withdrawals.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.

SpinWheel reserves the right to suspend accounts, forfeit balances, and pursue legal action where necessary if any of these rules are violated.

SpinWheel may temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• If KYC verification is incomplete or false information is detected.
• Where evidence of a terms violation is found.
• For security reasons — in cases of unusual login activity or suspected hacking.
• Upon the user's own self-exclusion request.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. Any existing balance will be returned to your registered payment method; however, any unlocked bonuses will be forfeited. To reactivate your account, please contact support@spinwheel.biz — KYC re-verification may be required.

SpinWheel believes betting is entertainment, not an addiction. With that in mind, we offer a range of tools to help you stay in control:

• Cooling-Off Period: Take a self-imposed break anytime, from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclusion options ranging from 6 months to 5 years — no new account can be opened during this period.
